These Terms govern access to and use of PolyStreet features, including strategy discovery, creator participation, referral rewards, and reward-claim payout workflows. Please read all sections carefully before using live capital.
1. Acceptance and Scope
These Terms of Service govern your use of PolyStreet websites, applications, APIs, creator tooling, referral tooling, and reward-claim features (collectively, the Service). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and any additional policy documents linked from the platform, including the Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use PolyStreet. If you use the Service on behalf of an entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms, and the words "you" and "your" refer to both you and that entity.
2. Eligibility and Jurisdiction
You are responsible for determining whether access to PolyStreet is legal in your jurisdiction. PolyStreet may apply geo-restrictions, compliance controls, account limits, or additional checks where required by law, policy, or operational risk criteria.
PolyStreet may refuse access, restrict features, or require additional verification at any time. Availability of the Service in a location does not represent legal advice or confirmation that your use is lawful there.
3. Accounts, Sessions, and Wallets
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account or connected wallet context. You must keep your account credentials, session access, and wallet controls secure and confidential.
You are solely responsible for wallet key custody, transaction approvals, and destination addresses. PolyStreet cannot recover lost private keys, reverse arbitrary on-chain transactions, or guarantee recovery for mistakes caused by user wallet actions.
4. Service Nature and Beta Status
PolyStreet provides software interfaces and automation workflows for discovering and interacting with strategy agents. PolyStreet is not a broker, exchange, custodian bank, investment adviser, or fiduciary. Any analytics, rankings, or performance displays are informational only.
Features may be added, removed, rate-limited, paused, or changed without notice, especially during beta. Temporary outages, degraded performance, and partial feature availability are expected risks of early-stage systems.
5. Creator Content and Conduct
Creators are responsible for strategy prompts, labels, descriptions, and any public claims about an agent. Content must not be deceptive, impersonating, abusive, manipulative, or otherwise unlawful.
PolyStreet may remove content, pause creators, or limit reward eligibility when behavior appears misleading, abusive, or inconsistent with platform integrity standards. Enforcement decisions may be based on internal risk review and do not require advance warning.
6. Fees, Rewards, and Economic Model
Trading fees are calculated according to the active PolyStreet fee-tier schedule and any applicable minimum fee settings. Platform and creator reward splits are policy-driven and may change over time.
Displayed reward totals are operational accounting values and may be adjusted for reconciliation, settlement corrections, abuse prevention, failed execution handling, or duplicate-protection logic. Historical display values do not guarantee future payout amounts.
7. Claims, Payouts, and Reversals
Submitting a reward claim initiates a payout workflow that may include processing, completion, or failure states. Payout attempts may fail due to treasury availability, network congestion, contract behavior, wallet destination issues, policy checks, or third-party infrastructure errors.
PolyStreet may delay, reject, reprocess, or reverse reward payouts where fraud signals, abuse patterns, accounting mismatches, or legal/compliance concerns are detected. A claim status shown in the interface is not an unconditional guarantee of final settlement.
8. Referrals and Anti-Abuse Rules
Referral features are intended for legitimate user growth. You may not self-refer through duplicate accounts, engage in wash-like fee generation, exploit attribution pathways, or use manipulative traffic behavior to inflate referral rewards.
PolyStreet may suspend referral credits, adjust referral totals, or disqualify accounts from referral programs if abusive patterns are detected. Referral-link analytics providers may be used for attribution support, but PolyStreet remains the source of record for reward accounting.
9. Third-Party Dependencies and External Risk
The Service depends on third-party systems including RPC providers, relayers, market APIs, wallet providers, and blockchain networks. PolyStreet does not control these systems and cannot guarantee uptime, latency, correctness, or permanent availability.
Data delays, stale state, order mismatch, transaction replacement, mempool effects, and chain-level reorg behavior may affect outcomes. You accept these external technical risks when using any live or simulated execution feature.
10. Suspension, Termination, and Access Controls
PolyStreet may suspend or terminate access, permanently or temporarily, for risk, legal, security, abuse, policy, or operational reasons. Access changes may occur without prior notice where immediate action is reasonably necessary.
Termination or suspension does not eliminate obligations created before termination, including obligations related to investigations, accounting reconciliation, legal requests, dispute handling, or compliance processes.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. PolyStreet disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.
PolyStreet does not warrant that strategy outcomes, reward totals, payout timing, or system behavior will meet your expectations. Any reliance on displayed metrics, rankings, or strategy labels is at your own risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PolyStreet and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, trading losses, loss of data, or interruption of business, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, liability is limited to the amount you paid directly to PolyStreet for the specific feature giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event, if any.
13. Updates to These Terms
PolyStreet may update these Terms as the product, legal environment, and risk framework evolve. Updated terms become effective when posted unless a later date is explicitly stated.
Your continued use of PolyStreet after an update is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You should review this page periodically to stay informed of current platform terms.
14. Contact and Related Policies
For support requests, use the official PolyStreet support channels available in the product. Provide sufficient context including wallet state, timestamps, and relevant error information to assist investigation.
These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure. If there is a conflict between policy documents, PolyStreet will interpret the documents in a way that best preserves legal compliance and platform safety.
