Privacy Policy

Last Updated: April 25, 2026

This Policy explains how PolyStreet processes account, wallet, trading, referral, and claim-related information while operating and securing the platform.

1. Overview and Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how PolyStreet collects, uses, stores, and discloses information when you use our website, applications, APIs, creator tooling, referral links, and reward-claim functionality. It applies to information processed in connection with your use of PolyStreet services.

By using PolyStreet, you acknowledge that your information may be processed as described in this Policy. If you do not agree with these practices, you should discontinue use of the Service.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect account identifiers, authentication signals, wallet addresses, profile information, creator metadata, strategy configuration, referral identifiers, and support communications. We also collect system and security logs needed to operate and protect the Service.

We may receive information from third-party providers, including authentication providers, wallet providers, infrastructure services, and analytics tools. The exact data received depends on provider settings, integration modes, and user actions.

3. Wallet, Trading, and On-Chain Data

PolyStreet may process wallet balances, funding context, order or fill metadata, position state, and related transaction details to provide portfolio views, creator analytics, rewards accounting, and execution features. Some of this data may come from public blockchain sources or third-party data providers.

On-chain data may be publicly visible by design and not controlled by PolyStreet. Even if certain interface views are removed or changed, public blockchain records may remain accessible through third-party explorers and data services.

4. Authentication and Session Data

We process authentication and session data to secure accounts, maintain sessions, prevent unauthorized access, and support account recovery workflows. This may include device context, timestamped security events, and technical identifiers required for abuse prevention.

Session and access logs may be retained for security monitoring, fraud review, and incident response. We may use automated systems to detect suspicious behavior and trigger additional controls or account protections.

5. Creator and Referral Program Data

If you create agents or participate in referral programs, we process creator and referral performance data, including attribution metadata, fee-derived reward accounting, claim lifecycle states, and payout status fields.

Referral short-link infrastructure (including third-party link providers) may process click and attribution analytics. PolyStreet remains the internal source of record for reward accounting, claimability logic, and payout status tracking.

6. Reward Claims and Payout Records

When you initiate a reward claim, we may store claim request records and lifecycle metadata such as processing state, completion state, failure details, timestamps, destination wallet context, and transaction references where applicable.

These records are used for reconciliation, fraud prevention, user support, accounting integrity, and operational auditability. Claim records may be retained after payout completion or failure to satisfy legal and security obligations.

7. How We Use Information

We use information to provide and improve the Service, secure accounts, operate creator and referral features, calculate reward eligibility, process payouts, investigate abuse, and comply with legal requirements.

We may also use data for product reliability analysis, diagnostics, system performance monitoring, and quality assurance. We do not rely on profile data to provide individualized investment advice.

8. How We Share Information

We may share information with service providers and infrastructure partners that support authentication, hosting, analytics, security, customer support, payouts, and blockchain data access. These providers are engaged under appropriate contractual or operational safeguards.

We may disclose information where legally required, to respond to lawful requests, to protect users and the platform, to enforce policies, or in connection with mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, or other corporate transactions.

9. Data Retention

We retain data for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, maintain security, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, support financial and accounting reconciliation, and meet legal or compliance obligations.

Retention periods may vary by data type. Some records may be retained longer where required for audits, investigations, legal holds, or persistent platform integrity controls.

10. Security Practices

PolyStreet uses administrative, technical, and operational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, and disclosure. No system can guarantee absolute security, and you should maintain strong account and wallet hygiene.

If we detect material security incidents affecting platform data, we may take responsive actions including session invalidation, temporary restrictions, and direct support communications as appropriate.

11. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding access, correction, deletion, objection, or restriction of certain personal information. Some requests may be limited by legal, security, fraud-prevention, or operational obligations.

You may also control certain account-level settings, profile fields, and communication preferences through product interfaces when available. Deleting local app data or disconnecting wallets may not remove historical system or on-chain records.

12. International Processing

PolyStreet and its providers may process data in multiple countries. By using the Service, you understand that information may be transferred to jurisdictions with different data protection frameworks than your home jurisdiction.

Where applicable, we use reasonable measures intended to support lawful international data transfers and to protect information during cross-border processing.

13. Policy Changes and Contact

We may update this Privacy Policy as product functionality, legal requirements, and risk controls evolve. Updated versions are effective upon posting unless another effective date is expressly stated.

For privacy-related inquiries, use the support channels listed in the app. Please include relevant account context and request details so our team can evaluate and respond efficiently.
